PVHS hosts Japanese Exchange Students

On alternating years PV High School hosts a group of girls and one of their English teachers from Kamakura Jogakuin Jr. & Sr. High School. This year was another exciting year where many PV students and families had the opportunity to learn first hand about Japanese customs, lifestyle, language & traditions from the visiting group of 14 students.

Besides taking trips to Philadelphia, New York City, and Lancaster County, the Japanese guests attend classes at PVHS.  In June of 2009, the students' school in Japan will host one of our teachers and a group of PVHS students.
