The pandemic has many people feeling stressed and anxious, which can make it difficult to sleep.  Mindfulness meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety; improve brain health and memory; and enhance the quality of a good night's sleep. Join us Wednesday, January 27 from 7:00-8:00 PM for Mindfulness for Stress Reduction and Better Sleep, which will be held virtually.  You will learn breath awareness, body awareness, and present moment mindfulness meditations. This class also includes the stress reducing practices of gentle chair yoga, breathing techniques, qigong, mantra, and acupressure. All are welcome!  The instructor, Liz Wanner, is certified in Kripalu Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Qigong for Health, and Meditation. Liz is also a certified Reiki Master.
