New Student Registration
At this time, no onsite, in person registrations will take place for new students (with the exception of kindergarten- see right). All new student registrations will be conducted via email. Kindergarten Registration
Will your child turn 5 years old before September 1, 2021? If so, he/she is eligible to attend school in the Perkiomen Valley School District next fall.
Kindergarten registration will be completed at your child's school of attendance. Appointments can be scheduled as either an onsite meeting or a virtual meeting. Please contact your child's elementary school to schedule your appointment.

If you have opted for an onsite registration meeting, on the day of your registration appointment, please bring your child and the completed registration paperwork along with the documents noted below. Due to the pandemic, only one parent/guardian and the registering child should attend the meeting. All health and safety protocols must be followed during the meeting,including social distancing, and masks.
If you have opted for a virtual registration meeting, you will receive a zoom link prior to your meeting via the email you provided when scheduling your meeting. Please have your child with you when you join the virtual meeting. You will receive information prior to your visit regarding how to submit your completed registration paperwork along with the documents noted below.
Additional Registration Documents
- original birth or baptismal certificate
- immunization record (registrations will not be considered complete without immunizations)
- proof of residency (current utility bill, driver’s license, settlement agreement or lease agreement)
