Transportation to Private, Non-Public, or Charter School

Each year it is requested for parents to complete the Transportation Request form when transportation is needed for your child attending a Private, Non-Public, or Charter School. Along with the completed form, please provide 1 or 2 proofs of residency; this is to verify your address within the district.  Request form is listed below.

Our transportation provider, STA, requests that we receive these forms by July 1st of each new school year.  This will enable them to work on the bus routes and present the routes to the school board, for approval, in a timely fashion.
