Skippack Elementary

Welcome!

Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Mrs. Capriolo and I am very excited to be your teacher this year. Just like you, this will be my first year at Skippack but will be my 10th year of teaching.  Kindergarten is my favorite grade to teach and I know you will love it too!  When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter Avery, along with our dog Sierra and cat Little Ricky.  I can’t wait to learn all about you!!
This year in Kindergarten, you will learn so much but have even more fun! We will be reading and listening to stories, writing, singing songs, become mathematicians and oh so much more!
Our first day of school will be Monday, August 26th.  Please bring the following things with you that day:
- a backpack that zippers, please no wheels
- a small healthy snack and water (fruit, pretzels, cut veggies, are all favorites of mine)
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 1 box of 24 Crayola crayons
- 2 small glue sticks
- 1 box of 12 Ticonderoga pencils
- 1 4 pack of black Expo dry erase markers
- 1 felt white board eraser
*Please know, all supplies will be shared in our Kindergarten classroom*
I am looking forward to seeing you on August 20th for Kindergarten Orientation. We will read a story together in our new classroom and you will get to meet all of your Kindergarten friends!
                                                                                                                            See you soon,
