This year we will investigate, test, and prove the key concepts, ideas, and theories that will guide you through this year in Math, and aide you throughout life.  You will learn and apply concepts related to decimals, the order of operations, patterns and variables, algebraic expressions, fractions and number theory, problem solving, ratios, proportions, percents, data and graphs, geometry, surface area and volume, integers, one and two step equations, and inequalities.  The focus of each topic will be problem solving, analyzing, graphing, exploring, organizing, classifying, measuring, and investigating.  As you will see, Math is all around you and is used every day!
