School Board Recognition – November

This outstanding team set several new records this season, including:

• All-time nine-hole team average: 190.78 (38.16 per player)
• Home course record: 186.13 (37.23 per player), which is just six over par as a team
• Team single-round record: 181—only one over par at home!

This team’s success is the result of dedication and perseverance—always staying after practice to hit extra range balls, putt, and play on weekends. Their work ethic truly showed on the course. Congratulations to golf team members: Michael A, James A, Connor B, Ethan F,, Josh F, Charlie K, Colby K, Chase N, Grady R, Nolan S and

• • Chris H and Everett D – also District One golfers
  • Andrew B – a District One golfer and State Qualifier
  • Alex H – also a PAC Individual Champion, who shot a 69 (three under par) in September, qualifying for the District One Championship.  Alex also set a new school record with a 35.95 nine-hole average and recorded eight rounds under par this season.

Cross Country Team, under the leadership of Coaches Ryan Sullivan, Doug Leister, and Jamie Slack, completed an undefeated season and captured the PAC 12 Championship with an outstanding team victory at Limerick Park.

The team was led by Kyle T, who also earned the Individual PAC championship title, finishing the 3.1-mile course in an impressive 15 minutes and 52 seconds. Rounding out the top finishers for PV were Nate B (3rd), Cooper H (4th), Zack K (5th), and Luke S (9th). Their combined 22-point total marks the lowest team score in Perkiomen Valley history at a championship meet — an incredible accomplishment!
