ParentVUE & StudentVUE Mobile App Transition
Synergy is retiring the current versions of the ParentVUE and StudentVUE mobile apps.
Starting Friday, July 24, 2026, existing app versions will no longer function, requiring the new version for mobile access.
Key Details & Next Steps:
Search the App Store or Google Play Store or use the links below for ParentVUE (New) or StudentVUE (New). This is a separate app listing, not an automatic update to existing software.
In-App Prompts: Opening the legacy app tomorrow will display a prompt leading directly to the download page.
Same Login: Use existing credentials (username and password)—no new registration or account creation is necessary.
Delete Old Apps: Once the new application is confirmed working, remove the legacy ParentVUE or StudentVUE app from mobile devices.
Note: This change only impacts mobile applications. Web browser access remains completely unaffected.
