1) The Pennsylvania Criminal History Clearance Report is obtained electronically from the Pennsylvania State Police website: https://epatch.pa.gov The $22.00 fee for this report is paid by credit card or debit card.
2) On the website, select “Submit a New Record Check”.
Note: You will be required to enter your information twice, once as the person requesting the report, and once as the person you are requesting the information for. After the second submission, click “Submit request” to check out.
3) Access your official certification form as shown here:
4) CURRENT EMPLOYEES: Once you receive your official clearance report, submit it to Karen Zucker in the Human Resources department as soon as possible (email to: kzucker@pvsd.org).
NEW EMPLOYEES: Once you receive your official clearance report, submit it to Danielle Kellon in the Human Resources department as soon as possible (email to: dkellon@pvsd.org).
