We welcome you and your family to The Perkiomen Valley School District!

Families may register their child(ren) into the Perkiomen Valley School District using our online registration (OLR) portal in ParentVUE.

Follow the steps below to complete OLR.  

Step 1) Review and compile documentation in electronic format as required for registration.   

Step 2) Access the new student online registration portal in ParentVUE: OLR. Create a ParentVUE account or use an existing account:

  • click on OLR and choose Create New Account.  This will give you access to ParentVUE and you can begin to register your child(ren). For assistance: click here.
  • click on OLR and login using your existing ParentVUE credentials.  If you are unsure of your credentials, choose Forgot Password. For assistance: click here.

Step 3) Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your child(ren)’s registration.  Note:

  • a desktop/laptop must be used for OLR.  Mobile access is limited at this time.
  • you may save your progress at any time during the OLR process and return to OLR at a later date.

Step 4) Submit your registration in its entirety for review.   If there is additional information needed, a member of the school district will reach out. Once your registration has been accepted and finalized, you will receive an email verification. 

Step 5) After receiving the email verification, consider contacting your child(ren)’s school(s) directly to arrange a visit.  This can assist in a smooth transition for your child(ren).

  • Original Baptismal Certificate 
  • Original Hospital Certificate 
  • Current Passport 
  • Driver’s License 

two of the following:

  • Agreement of Sale 
  • Residential Lease (fully executed) 
  • Utility Bill 
  • Tax Bill 
  • Parent/Guardian Photo Identification 
  • Immunization Record, Current

  • Records Release Form (forms available for download below; does not apply to incoming kindergarteners)

  • Health and Physical Examination (forms available for download below)
    • Health/Medication Form
    • Physical Examination Form
      • The Pennsylvania School Health Law requires a medical examination for children on initial entry to school (i.e., Kindergarten or First grade), 6th grade, and 11th grade
    • TB Screening Form
    • Dental Examination Form
      • The Pennsylvania School Health Law requires a dental examination for children on initial entry to school (i.e., Kindergarten or First grade), 3rd grade, and 7th grade 
  • Custody papers, if applicable

  • Special Education Documents, if applicable
    • Current IEP
    • Evaluation/Re-Evaluation Report

Will your child turn 5 years old before September 1, 2023?  If so, he/she is eligible to attend school in the Perkiomen Valley School District next fall!  See below for registration information.

Registering for Kindergarten

Follow the steps below to submit online registration (OLR) for kindergarten.  Please note:

  • OLR for the kindergarten class of 2023 opens Wednesday, February 1st.
  • After submitting OLR, families are asked to contact their child’s school to schedule an appointment. Appointment dates are as follows:

  • a desktop/laptop must be used for OLR.  Mobile access is limited at this time.
  • you may save your progress at any time during the OLR process and return to OLR at a later date.

Step 4) Submit your registration in its entirety for review.   If there is additional information needed, a member of the school district will reach out. Once your registration has been accepted and finalized, you will receive an email verification. 

Step 5) After submitting OLR, contact your child’s school to make an appointment.
